Order Turnaround                                                  

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business days. Orders going to a UK address are usually delivered within 24hrs, but international orders can take around 2 weeks to be delivered; please allow up to 3-4 weeks in transit to be safe!

SHIPPING COSTS

To reduce single-use plastics, we now use paper or card only in our packaging and recycled bubble wrap. We of course still need to use packaging to protect products travelling to you, but if you can re-use as much as possible (including the pizza boxes plates are sent in!) you’ll be helping the recycling chain.

Shipping to the European Union

As the UK has now left the European Union, orders shipping to EU countries will no longer be charged UK VAT.

Orders shipping to addresses within the EU will now be billed local VAT and may be subject to additional handling and dispersement charges upon delivery, which are set solely by the EU country the order is being shipped to. You can check your country’s standard VAT rate here.

Delivery  

Shipping is charged at cost, as it appears on your order. We ship using Royal Mail 24 hour Tracked for UK orders and DHL for all other worldwide shipping.

You may be required to sign for your package, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it.
